A strange spider
I’ve never seen a spider like this here, 1/2” big body and blue-yellow-white strips. Any clue? Posted via email from No-name

When politics are afraid of zen.
I like the quote:
Hanh’s followers feel that his Zen doctrine is seen as a potential threat by the Vietnamese government, as it is popular with young, educated and independent-minded people.
Well, zen has to do with independent-minded. Hard to argue :)
Suzuki Roshi Dharma Talks →
This is a blog of all of the transcripts and audio recordings of talks given by Shunryu Suzuki Roshi, following the order in which they were given. By publishing them over time, we can study Suzuki Roshi’s way of practice together over the course of his teaching in America.

There are three books I should finish typesetting just now. Or better yesterday.
“You’ll Never Grow on Pocket Change” sounds louder and louder in my head.
It’s clear: time to finish all of them and move on. But the direction of the movement is not so clear…
And so
And so I have begun a tumblr adventure. It’s a twitter evolution for me, so I keep connected to my twitter profile: there are twitters I like to read, readers I like to share my ideas with.
With tumblr I feel less pressure, the flow is slower and wider. We’ll see, where it goes.
Have a good time here
